Surface Cleaning
Surface cleaner removes alge, mold, organic growth and tough grime from flat surfaces. Lance and appropriate nozzle for the tighter areas or spots that need more muscle. A specific dilution of cleaning solution is applied to surfaces and allowed to dwell prior to surface cleaning. Great for patios, pool areas, stone or brick, walkways, sidewalks, curbs, pavers, wooden decks and dumpster pads.
*Optional heavy duty degreasing and wood restoration solutions available.

Vertical surfaces & Stairs
Vertical surfaces including wood or stone fences, retaining walls, deck legs, and outdoor furniture. Cleaning solution is applied, allowed to dwell and washed off with or without pressure as needed.
*Optional wood restoration solution and sealant available.

Soft wash
Cleaning solution is applied to delicate surfaces, allowed to dwell and then rinsed off. This will remove most organic growth, lighter spider webs, bugs, and dirt trapped behind shutters.
*Optional solutions for older chalky oxidized paint
